Registration

All conference participants are required to register by June 15, 2026.

Promotion Code

We have a specific offer for the participants based on a first-come, first-served basis. The validity of the promotion code is 31 May 2026.

Turkish Participants:

  • Students (A fee waiver of €160): ESSC26STUDENT
  • Staff (A fee waiver of €150): ESSC26TS

Non-Turkish Participants:

  • Students (A fee waiver of €480): ESSC26SE2
  • Staff (A fee waiver of €500): ESSC26TE

Registration Instructions

  1. Click on the registration link provided below.
  2. Complete all mandatory fields in the registration form.
  3. In the "Status" section, if you wish to use a promotional code (applicable only to in-person attendees), please select the appropriate option.
  4. Complete the CAPTCHA verification and submit the form.
  5. You will be redirected to the payment gateway. There, you can:
    • Enter and apply your promotional code.
    • Select your preferred payment method.
    • Complete the payment process.
  6. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an invoice.
  7. If you require confirmation of your registration, please feel free to contact us by email.

Important Notes on the Registration Process:

  1. Please upload your abstract or full paper through the Submission link.
  2. Each participant with a manuscript will receive a unique paper ID generated by the portal.
  3. Please note that submitting abstracts or papers online and receiving a notification of acceptance does not constitute full registration. To attend, you must complete the registration form and submit payment through the registration page. Please note that if you have more than one paper, you need to complete a separate form for each submission.

Registration Fee

Notes:
- Registration fees include VAT, where applicable. 
- Some of the publications may have additional fees.
- Proof of student status is required.

All presenting authors are required to pay the registration fee by June 15, 2026. Non-presenting participants must also complete their payments by this deadline, as on-site payments will not be permitted. Late payments after the conference will not be accepted, so please make sure to arrange your payment promptly.

The registration fee for conference participants includes:

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat of ESSC 2026. Refunds will be processed after the event. If your cancellation is approved by the local organizer, the financial arrangements will be handled by the finance team according to our instructions. Please email your cancellation request to info@essc-conference.org
Note: Only requests submitted before March 15, 2026, will be considered.
